Sounds like you're "playing the cards you hold" quite well! Good luck...

I loved the clips. Great work. Hey how about a comedy show to showcase new talent, like your students?

Good luck!

Laughing Freak, I like this. Good work. I am left wondering about what you'd do if given a show, but that isn't really what this round was about, anyway. I know this sounded good.

I hear quality. Your entry demonstrates you've got the goods to do a number of "hosty" things well.

New coming-of-age kind of thing to learn about these students. I like it.

Hey Jim,

I like your voice and you have a really great personality that shines. I do have some questions about what you're after here:

Would you use your show to teach comedy? Use it to showcase your comedy and talents? Take the more serious route and profile your students as they make their quest into comedy via your class in order to change the direction of their lives?

Submitted by freaks of laughter on May 14, 2007 - 10:08pm.

yes i would go for the more serious route and profile my students to see how stand-up changed their lives. I actually made a award winning documentary that does that very thing. It can be viewed for free in google video "freaks of Laughter."

I could use someone like you I am sure.

Ultimately the paradoxes of life make fools of us all. So if we would be wise we should study life's paradoxes and confront our abject foolishness head on.
