Someday is Now

An artsy person stifled by corporate America, I decided "someday is now" and fled. What can you do to follow your heart? Here's an idea for a show I'd like to host...

Ruth~
What a great message you have, and what a great example you are because you are living in the "Now"!
You are and will be an inspiration to many!
Best of luck! Deirdre

Hey Ruth,

I'm so glad we met today and had chance to talk. I think your idea is wonderful and I'm so happy you're following your dreams. I wish you all the best and hope that your radio show becomes a reality. You'd be a tremendous help to a lot of "stuck" people.

Isn't it true that we all have some inner dream! it would be nice to hear what others have done, or how to incorporate our dreams into our work.

I like this topic, I think it will probably resonate with a HUGE amount of people, the artistic among us who feel completely stifled by their daytime drudgery.
Heck, I'll be on your show! I have a list of woes longer than both arms about MY day job.
Great work! Good Luck! Try mine!

As someone who's definition of a successful life is to not be able to say, "I wish I had done [insert dream] when I had the chance", this is a show who's time is overdue.

Ruth brings a celebration of life, not as a venue to have wishes granted, but rather to support and empower people to take life by whatever appendage is most appropriate.

This is a message we need to hear!

Great title; simple, clear, effective presentation. If I may offer a qualification, however -- there's a sense of nostalgia in the title, a sense of gratifications or at least enterprises over-deferred. There are times in life (long past for me, alas) when Someday should have stayed Then, when preparation and ripening were necessary and it was premature to take action. But like I say, now I can certainly benefit from acting on the title. If you have a chance, check out my take on the present. Nice job!

Ruth's voice is so pleasant. The sort of voice an NPR listener could definitely get hooked on! Her idea about inspiring folks to find happiness no matter what stage of life is one that can never get old. We all need this sort of positive advice and support, in varying degrees, our whole lives!

Tough sell, though: There's certainly no shortage of self-help/inspirational material out there.

No one should, at the end of their days, look back with regret on all that they never did: the beauties they did not see, the music they did not hear, the flavors they did not taste, the aromas they did not inhale, the sensations they did not feel.

p.s. I realize this Quest is your someday too.
