Reflections on Dance

Here are some thoughts on professional dance. After seeing companies such as Urban Bush Women, Ailvin Ailey, Liz Lerman, and David Parsons, I have developed a perspective on dance appreciation and physical movement in general. I hope you dig it.

Being that we have known each other half our lives, I first want to say this is one of the many places you belong. You are meant to entertain and educate. Back to the point, I love it. It is very "Now you know the rest of the story". Dance is my life and most people never move. I can't wait to hear more. Love it

Great analysis! Your voice is also awesome. Having a focus on movement is a unique perspective that is very interesting. Would you focus mainly on dance or on other types of movement art as well? For example Martial Arts?

Your voice has a great current running through it. I enjoyed listening to you.

Yes sir, you must continue. Insightful and compelling, and a voice sent by the radio gods to awaken the sleepy masses with bass chords.

Much more than a driveway moment, your writing and delivery are so powerful that, were I listening in my car, would compel me to remain there, suffering through the heat and humidity of an August afternoon in Florida to complete our audio visit:)

First, as always, I love hearing your voice. It commands so much attention! Next, you present concepts that really make one think outside the box. Thank you for that new exploration. Keep up the good work. You make a difference.

Your voice is off the hook. Good, evocative writing, too! Good luck.

Thank you for this amazing and thought provoking piece. You articulate so clearly what our hearts and imaginations feel, but can not always say, when we watch this beautiful artform. Hope to hear more from you soon!

You should learn to package your genius in pill form and sell it to the vulgar masses.

I think this piece should qualify you to move on to the next round. You have a wonderful voice, and you made engaging a topic many of us may be unfamiliar with. I would be interested in listening to you mosey down the various pathways of your interests.
