I Wrote This on a T-shirt With a Black Marker

I kept trying to plan what I would say about myself, and it always came out stilted and sappy-- so I just gave up and smooshed together a bunch of bits and pieces that are more... like me. It's not pretty, but it's the most honest two minutes I could manage.

How sweet! It's not ugly at all. This is one of the warmest, most real entries I've heard. And, that says alot because I've only got about 175 left before I've heard them all. I really responded to the tone of your voice, and what you (and your kid) had to say. You have created exactly what you say you are looking for in public radio. This is a beautiful, comforting entry. Good work!

I think you'd enjoy it... just the thing for someone who is a bit lazy.

Refreshingly candid, I enjoyed listening all the way through.

Good luck!

Great entry, with lots of personality and hostiness busting through! I'm glad you didn't go with something scripted...you sounded at ease and very comfortable at the mic.

Best of luck to you...5*s!

Jessica was made for public radio, nationally speaking. Can't you smell the personality wafting from her entry? Soooooo natural, like aloe for the soul. Excellent!
