My idea for a show. I'd love to hear listeners' best and worst stories of customer service, manners, and assistance (or lack thereof). We could give weekly prizes!

Oh my! This is a WONDERFUL idea. Sadly, there will be no shortage of experiences for people to report. I certainly hope NPR runs with this one.

What a great concept. Manners. Customer service. Learning from each other. (and a little asssertiveness training). Public service programming for customer service. Absolutely love it!

Poor customer service is at the top of my list of 100 or so pet peeves. And why do I feel like one of a vanishing breed whenever I send a thank you note?

This is a great idea for a show, plus you have the voice and delivery to carry a program. Get this thing on the air, whether it's through this contest or another avenue.

Good luck.

An idea whose time has come (a long time ago). This is a fantastic idea and would be a great TV show too. I'm dreaming that it would be so popular that it could actually cause a revival in good manners in this country!

A forum for venting?! What an idea! Who wouldn't tune in to that?!

I'm sure it would be a laugh a minute. And I'm also certain we would learn a lot, since that always happens when we tell and listen to stories.

When does it start? To whom may I complain and whine in order to get this on the air?

Terrific idea.

Great idea for a world that could use it!! It's about time the Dudley Do Right's get their air time. This could be a great sound off for the ying and yang of good and bad behavior. I have worked with the general public and I could fill the first week of air time with my stories alone. I guess there will be no problem finding materials for the show. Oh-my-gosh, the proverbial feathers would fly! You go girl!
