Kitchen conversations
I am a self taught professional chef. I want to share the stories of other chefs, How they got where they are and what they are doing now. We will share recipes, tips, ingredients and cooking methods. I see it as a conversation more that a talk show. It will be a chance to talk with the audience.
& your voice isn't a boring monotone - I think I would stay tuned.
