Website Question - what happened to the left column?
The left column--I know it sounds political, but I was wondering about the blog/forum links that used to be on the left side of the site up until yesterday (I have a feeling it has something to do with the talent entry deadline passing).
I liked it, O Webmaster of PRX! Bring it back!

diggwhile the site settles down. The recent comments and who's new sections were slowing things down last night and today. Once/if things slow down a bit I'll add them back in.
That's what I was hoping. I WAS getting intense. Guess I'll go make a cup of tea to cool my jets in (eh? won't it be too hot?!)

I also miss the "recent comments" box that was on the right of the screen. I noticed they were missing around 11 last night and wondered why. I have to admit, not having them forces me to listen to entries randomly. To augment my random listening, I was following comments to the entries that seemed to be generating interest.

And you know what I think happened to the Left Column? You know who I think took it away? The Man (capital M). I sense pre-determined outcomes, backroom deals, handshakes with a lower case h and money with a capital Ben Franklin! If its not secret plans for the NAFTA superhighway then its taking away my Left Column!
No, just kidding. I guess the site just changed when the submissions stopped. Sigh. It was more fun with the sidebars, though. Now it feels all disconnecty.

hahahah... when you capitalize Left Column it makes it that much funnier for its historical relevance. The MAN would take away the Left Column!!!
