was it real? was it conspiracy?
this subject has been debated for decades...was technology "really" advanced enough to land on the moon?? what about the famous pictures...such as the "earth" shot
without any stars in the background? what about the flag that was posted up....what did science "really" know about the final frontier?? do you believe it happened? or did the government and hollywood change history on a set?

It doesn't matter because the current presidenciary leadershipness has a vision to land a man on the moon. It's either a vision or a flashback. Not sure which.

Look, I have been there and let me tell you, that moon rover is cool! It still runs!
The whole thing is a plot by "you know who" to find out how many people are really stupid. When that number reaches critical mass (we are sooo close) they will swoop in and take over.
Did you ever stop to notice who is missing from the whole "fake/conspiracy" debate? The Russians! Don't you think they'd have been the first to raise the red flag? Well? Don't tell me you think they were in on it, too. In 1969? That would mean the whole Cold War was faked. Maybe the whole planet.

I have heard the theories that it was fake, so I was pondering all of that.

And by the way, I think it is entirely possible that the moon landing was bogus.
Just look at the technology they had. It seems absurd when you think about it.
And what I want to know is: how come no one ever went back there?
Look at how much everything else in the world has advanced since 1969 and wonder why the space program hasn't made any more advancement?

the technology sucked.....they couldnt build anything worth a crap in 1969 (except muscle cars) but thats another story....we should have went back to the moon 20 times by now....built a damn mall and a star bucks up there by now. no doubt we have the technology now...but back then?? and how did they know exactly how to make a space suite??
that the sun wouldn't burn it up...or the cold would'nt freeze it solid...or certain pressures in space wouldnt collapse it??? lots of gray area in this!!

well . . . they didn't have photoshop. hey wait a minute, they put a man on the moon BEFORE inventing photoshop? they really had their priorities screwed up didn't they. so we limped along for 40 more years, literally cutting and pasting, laboring over hot copy machines, lining the pockets of kinkos. what were they thinking? the moon?seriously.
