Movin' On Up....

I am storming w/ a contact (2, actually) that I made from Round 1, to pursue what I want(ed) to do, regardless of the contest.

I also have to deal w/ my daughter's Neurosurgery (she's 10) coming up, & so all the appointments, the week of surgery, & recovery time will actually give me "space" to *think* when I have a chance.

I am more optimistic about my status than I was when I had to worry about the pressure(s) of actually qualifying for Round 2.

Lemons... Lemonade... & everything happens for a reason.

I voted for choice number 4, as I just sent a pitch off to TAL, but number 1 is actually scarily on target.

I think the PRTQ people did themselves a disservice by reducing the pool of contestants from everybody down to 10 so quickly. I think it would have made more sense to reduce it to a couple hundred first, then 25 or so, and then 10. That way the energy and enthusiasm of this huge crowd of hopefuls wouldn't have dropped so quickly.

But who am I to say?
