today today...oh finally today. i had the day off and i really took it off. the past two weeks have not been my favorite. yet i am not boo hooin' it up. i made a video about my train ride when i went to see my lil bro... here it izZz:


when was your 1st time on a train?

i met AL LETSON just days after filming this video

it was so cool to meet up with AL! i had french toast(the menu called it: bearded mr.frenchy) and AL had a burger. i took AL to hang out in los feliz. its a wonderful village type part of town i love to hang in. such a calming human to bee around!!


humble bumble

round two...oh round two. hade mee feeling
12 again. yet sobered by the distinction to bee apart of. everyone has done so well. i am so proud to bee here with them. my read went real...well...i can do better than this, is all i can hear in my head. its exactly how i feel. now i read outloud to everyone around mee. after i hung up the phone i was out the door to catch the bus to work. i recorded at like 6 or 7 am i cant remember. i was in my front room with a mic stretched out over to the other side of the room to reach the phone. it was excitingly tricky. *smile*

oh my favorite painkillerthepigeon made a song for mee!!! so i made a lil video for it too...


thx for that song man. *smile*

i am off to some am radio...mac and cheese again.

Thanks for sharing your train ride visual and audio poem. It was Loverly and Special and gave me chills in the chest.
My son and I like to ride the steam train at our local park. Maybe someday we'll take another train further along the coast. I would love to see that ocean with him.

how wonderful! thank you for this comment. gave mee chillzZz in my tummy. steam train soundzZz fun. i remember going on the one here in CA as a child. the town is called big bear during the winter time its the bestest most fantabulious place to go...sugar and trainzZz and gamezZz.

Wow! The wisdom that often slips unnoticed from the mouths of the young: That was the quiet phrase that I heard like thunder. I'm very impressed that you picked that up, too.
BTW: My first train ride was a multigenerational family outing on the final run of an old steam train. There is much dispute on the actual route of that run, but we all agree on where that train ride ended up: Deeply embedded within our memories, forever.
