This is one of a series of spots we (at Live Wire Radio) recorded for an Oregon Public Broadcasting pledge drive. This one wasn't ever used for some reason. =)

We're a radio variety show that features sketch comedy. This piece, featuring our perennially grumpy Scottish Engineer Angus McBeef, was written by Tyler Hughs and performed by Jonpaul Mclellan.

PRX has a whole collection in the "Fundraising Sound Bank", mainly from stations posting examples of what's worked well on their air.

You aleady have a good one on file from PRTQ Round 1. It's River Jordan's "The check is in the mail". I hope she doesn't mind me putting up the link.

Thanks, that's a good one. There are definitely some other Round One entries that could be re-versioned into fundraising spots. Feel free to help us highlight those again and link to them here.
