Right on, Rene. It's about time we heard a mummy story from Arizona! Good work as always.

Your entry is great and it's the tip of the Rene iceberg... you do always come up with the best story ideas (the visit to a glitter factory being my favorite). Girl's got style and skill.

Rene - All I can say is I'm glad we're in different categories. Your entry rocks and gives folks a glimpse at both your excellent story selection and your unique sensibility.

You no doubt produce some very entertaining radio…just imagine a full length piece, or full show...and not just 2 minutes!

I would like to hear more about you, but the people you selected for your entry were interesting.

Though you outwardly sound as if you're going along with the people you are interviewing (ala straight face delivery), I can't shake the sense that you are really sharing humorous amazement with us your listeners. If this is true, then it would seem to be a natural gift.

Very polished. And you make me want to hear more of every one of those stories, which is a good thing. The one down side: I'm not sure what distinguishes you from every other smart, accomplished affiliate reporter. Your demo gave me a sense of your range, but not of your personality or individuality.

Heh, I like both your talent for finding these kooky people and the voice you interview them with. Great job!

Well done. Even your name has a nice public radio soundiness to it.

Good Luck.

Your straight-voiced humor really comes through here, and it's a nice take on the weirdness of daily life. Nice job!

Rene,
This was fun to listen to... sounds like the full interviews must have been quite an earful!

This is awesome. Very interesting, engaging, visual, quirky. I'm hoping you get to the finish line (with me right beside you of course!) so I can faithfully tune in to whatever you decide to air. THIS ROCKS!

While I myself would not eat that cereal, being afraid of severe dental repercussions, I can see where it might appeal to some of us. Anyone with a need for chocolate and crunch all in one, fulfilling one of the four food groups. Great clip.
