This is 2 min.of a 1/2 hour show with skits of Steve Charney & his dummy Harry. He uses sfx and the potential of radio to play with the allusion there's no one but him in the room changing his voice and creating characters. The show features guest musicians and comedy records too.

Thanks for the information, I was wondering if there is any comedy show in town this period of time, I would love to get some comedy tickets and spend some quality time with my family.

King, ya got some good creativity going there. Outstanding demo. It goes good with some cold Pabst Blue Ribbon beer.

I read your description, and I thought, "A ventriloquist on the radio?" Then I played your piece; and the very first issue you addressed was, "A ventriloquist on the radio?"

Turns out this piece is just wonderful. You really sold me. Good luck.

Steve, you're a national treasure. I just hope you put wood preservative on Harry, because he's a national treasure, too.

Steve,

I sure am glad you're not in the Talk category.

Ultimately the paradoxes of life make fools of us all. So if we would be wise we should study life's paradoxes and confront our abject foolishness head on.

Steve, This was a great laugh... It was so ludicrous. I love the line about the honor system.

I'm not sure it's a great fit for public radio, but if I'm judging based on entertainment value, I was entertained!
