Our five finalists will be featured on tomorrow's Weekend America program. They've been asked to share their thoughts on the future of public radio.

I enjoyed the Weekend America bits. Missed it on the show so I listened to the last hour on their web page. Each clearly represented the contestants. Hey, I bet I even know who would get the popular vote out of that one... Smile.

Unfortunately, Weekend America has only posted the the segment with Rebecca Watson and Al Letson. Not that the use of three silly sound effects does much to demonstrate their skills. For a better feel for their abilities, check out the fourth round entries of all five including April Baer, Glynn Washington and Chris de Ville. You can hear their segments if you listen to the entire show.
