How do I discontinue/cancel my account?

I no langer participate in this site, and do not want to be a part of it. How do I cancel my account? Please make this an option. It's pretty simple. Please. Just do it!

Seriously, is there a way to delete/cancel/kill an account?

I'd appreciate that option, not so I can vote for Rebecca like a million times or anything underhanded like that, but because I had a brain lapse (talk about a need for critical thinking) and used, um, I mean, my FRIEND may have used, a real name instead of a clever nom de web.

My, um, FRIEND, would rather be more anonymous.

Can you take care of that?
