Weigh in - Manifesto on Talent + Program Development

Every industry has its list of people thought of as defining what we do. In film, it's people like Scorsese, Orson Wells and Spike Lee. In public radio, we have Jim Russell.

Jim helped to define the sound of public radio as one of the first employees at NPR. He redefined it at Marketplace, the business show with rules like "no data without context," and "the world through the lens of business."
