I think you have an easy-to-listen-to radio voice and a sense of passion for what you want to do. Your piece is also mixed nicely, with your choice of backgrounds providing effective commentary on your main themes. Nice work.

Public Broadcasting needs to address gay and lesbian community issues in a much more substantive way. You and your show could do just that.
