Lou Fernandez uses his voice for talking. Enjoy!

Just a little bit about me followed by some snippets of audio from my public access show. I think its indicative of the kinds of things I like to do when I record. I hope you enjoy it.

I'll be honest: I found this much more entertaining than I would have expected to if somebody described the topic to me and I wasn't able to hear it for myself. It was refreshing and a great idea. Good luck.

Lou,

You do have a great voice. I went to your MySpace page...a Brooklyn guy with a Red Sox hat is OK with me.

You have a voice that would not just convince people to listen, it would compel them to listen. This was funny and frank and... speaking of franks, who else has a hankering for a burger dog?

All I can say is bravo. I loved it!

Submitted by King Lou on May 12, 2007 - 4:30pm.

I am feeling the love people! I feel I must share the actual Burger Pipe we were talking about. I saw it in Vegas a few years ago and it stuck in my mind. Can't say I ate one but it was great food for thought.

You have a voice that says, "I am a voice. If you like, listen to me. Listen as long as you want. If you want, grab yourself a mug of hot cocoa and seat yourself by the fire on a beanbag." That kind of voice. I think you know what I mean. And I think everybody else knows what I mean. And I am right about this. I am always, always right about things like this.

Wow. I really hope they give you a show. My future self needs to listen to it.

Also, I want you do to my outgoing message.

Lou, you could be reading from the phone book and I would listen to you with rapt attention. What a lovely set of pipes you have! Lots of hostiness here!

Hey Lou, nice job, you have a great voice and a good conversational manner as well as a sense of humor (which is surprisingly rare in these entries, generally). I'd like to get more of a sense of what you would be like from a content perspective but it's a good entry. Good luck!

Lou... Your audio entry made me cry. >:(

Gut check? On myself? I can forget about even thinking about the next round with you in the contest.
You have one of the 12 slots in the bag. And I will be left in the dust, wondering what happened.

And it isn't your voice or presence alone. You are definitely a -complete- package, and if you don't make it to the final round, at least, I will be sorely, -SORELY- disappointed.

You have my highest vote, my friend. I look forward to listening to your new show. >:)
