File size problems

I'm having problems getting the size of my MP3 down to 128. I'm also getting a weird Flash error, which I have no idea what it means. I have FCP, Quicktime Pro and Cleaner. The smallest file size I can get for my 2 min. clip using the smallest settings on each is around 1.4 megs. Any suggeestions? My problem is I'm more of video editor so I don't have a pure audio editing program. Thanks very much for your assistance.

I could be wrong, but I think the 128 refers to the compression rate, not the actual size of the file. I used a free MP3 conversion program called Switch, that let me choose the compression rate (128), which helped me overcome the same problem. Hope this all helps. Good luck.
