Hey Dan, Really beautiful story in two minutes. Excuse me, I've got to go get a Kleenex now... The memory itself always needs to be enough. Jill

Simple, effective title, human content, professional delivery; nicely done.

Finding beauty in ephemera is difficult for many people, describing it is even harder. You did a superb job on both counts. I really ejoyed this piece. You are incredibly listenable and your comments show a depth of understanding, or a desire to understand, that would keep me listening. Nice work. Good luck!

It is the first piece I have heard that gave me that reaction . . .
I am glad you left me a comment, or I may not have heard your piece ever . . . given the randomness of the whole thing . . . Thanks.

Your entry stands out from the pack! Your voice has a great tone and rhythm, and the writing is warm yet quick-witted. Good luck to you, man!

Obviously a man with a good caring heart and a great speaking voice to boot! Nice interpretation if a sad story with just enough humor to stop me fron crying! Nice job!

Dan - I like the way you blend humor with what is a pretty sad story about your friend. You obviously have a professional radio voice, but this piece proves that you can break out of the newscast mold and tell a personal story with a personal touch.

Full disclosure - Dan and I were once co-workers...but I swear I'm not biased.
