Okay, I'm canceling my membership to Curves!

You have a wonderfully dry sense of humor! Great timing too.

You have inspired me to go down to the beach with a cup of coffee and a box of doughnuts and set up a sign that reads Your wasting your time running, I am going to live as long as you do. I am sure all the runners will get a kick out of it ;)

I would hate to be a judge there are too many great entries!!!!!!!!

Your audio entry reminded me of something I too noticed when it comes to exercise equipment and machines...

I have been through four such devices myself... Nautilus, standing bicycle, rowing machine, and treadmill.

They get used, once, twice, maybe five times, and then they just -sit- there... Collecting dust, and taking up space.

Very much like your Swedish ball! >:)

P.S. -> My machines eventually got carted off to Goodwill, or loaned to family/friends, and were never seen from again.

I, too, have that nucleus. Great content. I like this a lot. "It's kind of a wash." - So true.
