Two (very) short stories
These two pieces are from my own podcast, The Black Tie Martini Club Oddcast, and coincidentally are also 100 word stories. Most of the pieces I write and record for my own show are entirely the wrong length for a two minute demo but these two smaller pieces put together, fit just right.
This is the first audition I've heard that actually made me laugh out loud. My only hang up is you don't really say if this is the whole show or if there will be more going on.
Please check out my work too:
You're truly buttery! Great listen; twiligt zonish. Good luck.
Very pro delivery, appropriate use of sound, and each piece is funny in its own way.
The presentation is great, the wierdness is great and the writing is...silly but not great.

If they go for my entry you and your strangely familiar sense of humor are definitely on the guest list!
Good luck! I'll tune in to that Oddcast, too.
I would hate to be a judge there are too many great entries!!!!!!!!
You are totally cracked! Nice piece(s), I'll hunt down your regular show and give it a listen. Certainly had me chuckling! Full marks!

Let me spread the love to someone else, o.k.???
celebullen in no way solicited this superfluous comment. But you can try to say this five times fast.

I’ve come to see that the ultimate source of all human anguish is that we are finite beings sentient of infinity.
And very enjoyable. I plan to listen to more of your oddcastings.

Check out my entry:
I can absolutely relate to your sense of humor. Just up my alley in a dark night, wearing cow contacts, I can see where this is going!

...where have you been hiding yourself? This is fantastic stuff! Memorably off-kilter, uniquely written, and delivered with just enough tongue-in-cheek snarkiness to kick the whole operation into full-throttle, no holds barred high gear. I am surprised you don't have more comments - you really are one of the best I've heard. Definitely Top Ten material.

Nice bits - both of them. And, perhaps if more people read to cows, we could reverse this alarming trend...
I would like to hear current short stories about these and this has legs. If your doing short stories, have a theme each episode or week. This is pretty good.
Actually, the real podcast show that I do has more skits, commercials, songs and music than this little aperitif does but it's hard to fit a good taste of all that into a two minute piece without giving the listener whiplash.
Brilliantly warped. Love it. One of the few I will remember, in a good way.
How very warpped.
