Everyday People with Extraordinary Stories
Some interview famous people, but I interview your average joe - who you'll see is not so average! The clips you'll hear are from actual interviews about rape, gender transition, a large family, drunk driving, and a funny one to start us off about a guy who participates in pun contests.
What I love about your interview style is how you're able to navigate and ask such difficult questions and simultaneously sound so innocent and non-threatening.
I'm proud that you're an important part of the KOOP family!

And you definitely asked straight questions, but I wonder if your tone wasn't a little too bright? I'm not sure. It sounds like you have a penchant for getting straight to the point though, and that is DEFinitely appreciated!
Nice submission, good luck to you!

"All I ask is the chance to prove that money can't make me happy" - Spike Milligan
The format is good and the voice and tone were wonderful. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you did ask great questions, but hearing the words rape and having sex does get a little uneasy (not saying it's a bad thing, sometimes, you have to hit it straight on). As far as I know from hearing it, it wasn't as exploitive, but it was close. So far , so good, just beware of the lines between what the audience is hearing. Great job.
You've got a very user-friendly voice.
Good luck!

Where do you get your [terrific] questions?

Great questions. I love talking to "everyday people," too. There is always an interesting story lurking behind their "normal" lives. How do you recruit them to come on your show?
