What's your favorite public radio show?: It is This American Life with Ira Glass of course. Most of Ira's charm is in his "I don't always know what I am doing..." way. It makes you feel like if he can do this, so can I. Also the subject matter is real and he makes us feel good or bad, either way you are sure to be involved. It gets you in your gut most times. Even if it was something you never cared about before, it gets you in your gut!
By other favorite is Fresh Air with Terry Gross. She has a way of making people feel at ease. Therefore her interviews are great.
What sound is most characteristic of where you live?: I live in a high rise so mostly traffic and rescue vehicles are what I hear. Thankfully I live pretty high up so the sounds are not as loud as they could be.
Which station do you listen to most?: WAMU
