Bio: My childhood dream was to run away with a clown, a ballerina and an elephant and this is pretty characteristic of me. I am cursed by the addiction of the modern nomad: wandering from my German tent station (Munich) to the West Coast (Seattle), then NYC and a little Montreal/ Canada in between. I like being a free bird.
What's your favorite public radio show?: The Fishko Files on WNYC
What's your secret talent?: Being an opera star (in the shower).
What song is stuck in your head right now, you know, a music wedgie?: "Go West" by the Pet Shop Boys. My friend Martina made a painting of a guy floating in space titled "Go West". Thought that was such a brilliant idea.
What sound is most characteristic of where you live?: The construction guys smash hammering at 8am behind my pillow case. Sometimes the owl in the backyard, that still survived.
What's your favorite sound memory?: The squeaking of my childhood's home door handle.
