I'm 25 years old and live in Bloomington Indiana where I currently work in public radio as an administrative assistant/multitasking extraordinaire :) I'd like to think that I have a little experience in a lot of different areas. Needless to say, it's never boring!

What's your favorite public radio show?

This American Life, Schickele Mix, Car Talk, Fresh Air, Performance Today, and most NPR news programs that my local station offers. I also podcast All Songs Considered.

What's your secret talent?

Well, I CAN'T tell!! Then it wouldn't be secret. But let's just say my nickname is 007.

I also can't burp, but that's more of a lack of talent I suppose.

What song is stuck in your head right now, you know, a music wedgie?

I'm currently listening to the album "the reminder" by feist...it's beautiful and I hope that when I get to know it better, it will get stuck in my head.

What sound is most characteristic of where you live?

cicadas. The loud bass of my neighbor's apartment. The electric hum that I hear in my apartment complex when the weather gets warm and people are using their air conditioners.

What's your favorite sound memory?

Tuning strings on a violin. My father who has a great laugh...my cat's meow.
