Bio: I dream frequently - both asleep and awake. I work hard but always secretly wish I could just be in bed with a kitty and a good book. I have been training to be an actor for the past four years, but really hope to be a gypsy and travel the world in a painted bus with a flatbed trailer that folds out into a stage. I love garlic and cumin and pesto - not necessarily together - and hate bologna and american cheese. I have an amazing family as well as an amazing red bicycle despite her brakes needing fixed. I am usually singing to myself especially in the shower. I hope to see the Himalayas someday. And the other day I found $2o in the back seat of a cab.
What's your favorite public radio show?: "This American Life." Hands down.
What's your secret talent?: I don't think I want to share that on the internet.
What song is stuck in your head right now, you know, a music wedgie?: Today at this very moment it is a good 1/3 of Liz Phair's album "Exile in Guyville." Five songs have become one.
What sound is most characteristic of where you live?: The sound of a bass vibrating through wooden floorboards.
What's your favorite sound memory?: My mother has a certain cackle she takes on when something really hits her in the right way.
Which station do you listen to most?: That depends on where I am in the country at the time. I go by programming not stations.
