Born in San Francisco, spent the last 17 years in Texas, and have returned home to roost.
While there, co-host the afternoon show in a top radio station in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex, creating meaningful radio drama, and finally struck out independently to write, direct and produce comedy. We garnered Silver Microphones in international competitions for drama (New York International).
I am also a registered nurse. While I've worked areas from birth to comfort for the dying, I am frequently asked to direct clients back to the road to health, through dietary, and personal changes.
Now, I've combined the two into a stress free, relaxing audio format. We have so many reasons to be uptight; I give a moment to unwind. It is in the unwinding that we find ourselves on the road to healthy living and to the recovery of our sanity.
Registered Nursing degree from Ohlone College of Nursing, Fremont, California.
Bachelors of Arts from U.C.S.C. (Go Slugs!) in an independent major: The Creative Arts in Therapy. My thesis was based on observing selected pre-school children participating in an art program, compared those children with kids not participating in an art program. The results were tabulated over a period of a year. Guess what the results showed?
Having fun increases positive social skills. Why go to Imus or any other analytical program to affect change? It starts from within, and from a stress-less point of view.
Graduate studies in education (Pearle S. Buck, UCSC) and religious studies (St. John's Chrysostom and Shiloh Bible College)

Tough one. Love Click and Clack. Uncle Garrison and the PHC. Fresh Air. I know; "Favorite" implies just one. But these are all so very good! They do what I love, inform, make fun, and entertain.

- What song is stuck in your head right now, you know, a music wedgie?
My mind's a sieve...everything seems to flow through it now, nothing sticks.
- What sound is most characteristic of where you live?
Hummingbird chirps.
- What's your favorite sound memory?
The red-winged black bird, my mother humming, and my dog talking. I know..."favorite", again..
