so... do you have radio eX.perience?:

... i have 'internet' radio eX.perience.. which included working in a real studio in seattle.. and also did a home broadcast in san francisco using a cool traveling studio kitbox.. that allowed me to travel around and be able to broadcast from anywhere..

Hosted top-rated weekday morning and evening Internet talk-show called reX.'s ranTs and the reX. booth show for gaybc.com. We filled up to four hours a day / five days a week with 'ranTs'.

I produced content, did tons of research and was also responsible for show development material.
Provided live on air entertainment, topic discussions, received phone calls from listeners and conducted live interviews... a community was created using internet messaging.. email.. chatrooms.. and listeners became part of the show content..

I eX.panded to some other internet radio stations creating several different shows with varied topics..

where else have you worked?:

while living in san francisco i became obsessed with the development of the internet..

I started working at Center For Electronic Art as an intern and a student and worked my way up to being a teacher and director of grad lab production .

During my time at CEA I created REX DESIGNS offering web consulting and production.. which i still do now.. living in Chicago

i have also been an official 'apple' employee and worked for Apple Computers as a Web Development Specialist for the K-12 Education Marketing Dept.

i have been an art director for Intuit... (makers of Quickbooks)

and of course i created reX.'s world.. a personal website that attracted people to get involved with my personal life through on-line journal, a 'reX.caM' and chat.. a community formed around my website.. it was kinda one of first realiTy sites of that time..

Basically a peek into my life... personal ... work ... and interests... The rexcam gives the visitors of reX.s world the chance to see that there is a person behind webpages.I really dug the William Gibson books...think we are in the primative ages right now though wiTh tecHnology...will be very interesting to see how weBcams develop oVer the years... wHen i firSt started mY weBcaM. tHere was only a haNdfull of us.. noW tHere are millions of weBcaM.s out tHere.. verY cool mann! .. .

The tatt is from Mille Bornes... a french card game that my grandMa and I used to play when i was a kid. The card is the "spare tire" roue de secours! .. i haD it doNe in 1994. it represents my gRandma.. and the creative side of life that we liVe.. sHe taught me to use my imagination and it reminds me to do so..

wHy is the "X" in "reX." capital? :
I use the cap X as an "X" marks the spot... kinda signature... also cause when i first created my site for reX.'s world i used upper and lower case together alot in my words... pLus the "re" means re: ... so reX. ( and if you buy all tHat.. i have a pound of dirt to sell you for the pRice of gold!)
